*Membership Fees

Please note that our club fees are increasing as of October 1 2026, due to a recent increase from Toastmasters International. The fees our club will charge for anyone joining or renewing prior to this date are £20 new member fee and £10 per month.

Educational Pathway Fee

New members pay a one-off fee of £25, which grants access to their first Educational Pathway. Additional pathways can be purchased for $25 USD at any time.

Membership Fees

Our club officers pay membership fees in advance for each six-month cycle on your behalf. If you join mid-cycle, you can pay pro rata and commit for up to two cycles.

  • 1st April or 1st October: £72

  • 1st May or 1st November: £60

  • 1st June or 1st December: £48

  • 1st July or 1st January: £36

  • 1st August or 1st February: £24

  • 1st September or 1st March: £12​

Where Does the Money Go?

  • Educational Pathway Fee: £25 is paid to Toastmasters International (equivalent to $25 USD).

  • Membership Fee: £12 per month paid in advance to Toastmasters International ($12 USD per month) for each renewal period.

  • Club Operations*

Fee Allocation

75% of your fees go to Toastmasters International to cover the education program and operational costs, including paid staff salaries and travel/training for elected volunteer leaders who manage the organisation. The remaining 25% is allocated to the District your club is part of. Districts provide more localised support to clubs (training, leadership, public speaking contests etc). Districts are managed by elected and appointed volunteer leaders.

*After currency conversion and payment in USD, any remaining funds in £ are used for club operations. The club’s annual budget (July to June) is prepared and managed by the Club Treasurer, with approval of the membership.
